Urwiller has been a member of the Prothro, Wilhelmi team since
December 1998. During this time, Penny has been involved in most
aspects of the firm’s operations. While office management and
communications are an integral part of Penny’s position, her areas of
specialty include QuickBooks consulting, set-up, trouble-shooting and
teaching, corporate income tax preparation, and payroll operations. In
connection with these areas, Penny also maintains responsibility for
the bookkeeping department.
Penny received an MBA from The University of Texas at Tyler in 1997
and is currently a CPA candidate. She is also a graduate of The Seven
Habits of Highly Effective People seminar from
Franklin Covey, Inc. |

Penny is a past board member of The University of Texas at Tyler
Alumni Association where she served as Treasurer for four years. She
is also a past board member of Woodvale School but continues to remain
active with the school's fund raising programs. In addition, she
remains active with the Boy Scouts of America, Pack 391.
Originally from Wisconsin, Penny moved to Texas in 1985 to attend
college. Married and the mother of two active children, Penny enjoys
spending time with her family and working with her children. She is an
active member in her church working primarily with pre-teen children.
She enjoys cooking, entertaining, sports (Go Packers!), music and
reading. |
