Bob Roseman joined
the firm February 1, 2002 and became a partner in the firm effective
January 1, 2004. Bob has over 25 years of broad-based business
experience, 19 of which were spent in industry primarily as a
corporate executive including financial and operational management. He
has held positions of President & CEO, Vice President – Business
Development, and Corporate Controller in both private and publicly
held companies. Bob’s key areas of expertise are business strategy &
planning, mergers & acquisitions, public market investor relations,
corporate finance, tax strategy, SEC compliance, and business process
design & implementation. Bob’s practice with the firm includes
business and tax services. An exciting new area of his practice is
CFO/ Controller SERVICES.
This service offers his unique blend of experience in private industry

accounting to provide clients an “inside out” approach to
financial management. The CFO Services team works with client’s to
shift the financial elements of their business away from merely
compliance toward a pro-active analysis and planning process.
Bob is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and
Economics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and
the East Texas Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.
Bob is past president of the Mid-City Kiwanis Club, and serves on the
Board of Directors of the Smith County American Red Cross and the East
Texas Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Bob and his family are active
in the ministry at Green Acres Baptist Church where he serves as a
deacon. |
