Take Broadway towards Broadway Square Mall.  Directly across from the main entrance to the mall, turn onto Independence Place.  The first driveway on the left is the Chase Bank building.  Take the elevators to the third floor, Prothro, Wilhelmi & Company is directly to the right when you exit the elevators.
